By using the services provided by QA Consulting you agree to the processing of your personal data by QA Consulting. Besides that, you also agree to the processing of the personal data of third parties that you provide to QA Consulting by QA Consulting.
QA Consulting processes personal data with the aim of representing your business and your interests as well as possible. It also uses your personal data for general communication and to comply with its legal obligations arising from the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft), and other legislation.
If there is reason to do so, QA Consulting will provide the personal data you provide to third parties. These third parties are counterparties in the dossier that QA Consulting handles for you. Furthermore, it will provide your data to service providers that make the services of QA Consulting possible, such as its IT service provider. QA Consulting only shares the personal data you provide if this is absolutely necessary for the performance of its services. QA Consulting never shares the personal data you provide for commercial purposes.
QA Consulting explicitly points out your option not to provide your personal data. The consequence of this is that QA Consulting will not offer its services to you, or that it will cease its services to you.
QA Consulting does not store the personal data you provide for longer than is necessary for its services and the legal obligations incumbent on it. This means that QA Consulting stores the personal data you provide for the duration of its services to you and for a maximum of 5 years after the service has been terminated by QA Consulting.
You have the right at all times to view, correct and delete your personal data that is known to QA Consulting. You must submit your request by e-mail to info@qaconsulting.nl. QA Consulting will make every effort to handle your request as soon as possible. If you request the deletion of your data, QA Consulting will discontinue its services to you.
If you have a complaint about the way in which QA Consulting processes the personal data you provide, we request that you first make this complaint known to QA Consulting. You can do this by e-mail at info@qaconsulting.nl. QA Consulting will process your complaint as soon as possible. If you are dissatisfied with the way QA Consulting handles your complaint, you can address your complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
