Context
Since 2018, DNB has outsourced its Application Management & Development and Infrastructure Services. During the transition phase with new suppliers, there was a need for independent assessment to determine whether the decisions made would contribute to DNB’s strategic objectives in the long term.
Approach
QA Consulting developed a quality framework for assessment, based on business drivers, DNB’s objectives, the goals of the governance organization, and the suppliers’ objectives. An initial baseline assessment was conducted, followed by periodic evaluations using the quality framework.
Result
The assessment provided valuable insights for optimizing collaboration between DNB and its suppliers, with a focus on building a digital organization centered around data-driven operations, data quality, cybersecurity, and digital collaboration.
