Context
DICA’s existing contract documents were outdated and fragmented, making it difficult to effectively manage the collaboration with one of their partners. The current agreements provided insufficient guidance for steering the quality and delivery of services. QA Consulting was asked to develop a new, future-proof set of contracts, enabling DICA to gain control over the content, quality, and execution of the partnership.
Approach
QA Consulting guided DICA in drafting a clear and practical set of contract documents, working closely with both DICA and the supplier. Using an Agile approach, each draft version was treated as a milestone, with regular alignment and feedback sessions scheduled to ensure progress and work towards a final version. The new contract set defines agreements on services, quality, dependencies, and financial arrangements.
Result
DICA now has a set of contracts that enables a more professional collaboration with the supplier, better risk management, and a structurally stronger grip on IT service delivery.
